Exchange Policy

Products purchased online may be exchanged within 3 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must remain unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Exchange requests will be reviewed by The Era team, and customers may be asked to provide order details and supporting information.

• Once approved, the item must be returned to the address shared by our team.

• If the exchange is required due to a manufacturing defect or an error from our side, return shipping charges will be covered by The Era.

• For exchanges related to size preference, style preference, or any customer-initiated reason, return shipping and re-delivery charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

• Exchanges are applicable for items of equal or higher value. If the replacement item is lower in value, the difference will be adjusted accordingly.

• Items purchased during sale, promotional campaigns, or discounted offers are not eligible for exchange.

• These policies apply only to orders delivered within Pakistan.

Reporting Damages & Manufacturing Defects

In case you receive a damaged item or notice any manufacturing defect, customers must contact The Era immediately and share a clear unboxing video and visible proof of the issue through our official Instagram page, WhatsApp, or Customer Support email. Claims submitted without sufficient evidence or after a delay may not be eligible for review.

Important:
The Era cannot take responsibility for any damage or loss during return transit. Please return items in their original packaging through a trusted courier service.

Exceptions
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, nose pins, and other personal-use accessories are not eligible for exchange unless the item has a manufacturing defect
