Refund Policy

At The Era, customer satisfaction matters to us. As all products go through a quality check before dispatch, we do not offer refunds unless an item has a verified manufacturing defect.

Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled or modified within 3 hours of placement.

• Once this window has passed, cancellation or change requests cannot be accommodated.

• Customers are requested to carefully review their orders before confirming payment and checkout.

• Items must remain unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Exchange requests will be reviewed by The Era team, and customers may be asked to provide order details and supporting information.

• Once approved, the item must be returned to the address shared by our team.

• If the exchange is required due to a manufacturing defect or an error from our side, return shipping charges will be covered by The Era.

• For exchanges related to size preference, style preference, or any customer-initiated reason, return shipping and re-delivery charges will be the customer's responsibility.

• Exchanges are applicable for items of equal or higher value. If the replacement item is lower in value, the difference will be adjusted accordingly.

• Items purchased during sale, promotional campaigns, or discounted offers are not eligible for exchange.

• These policies apply only to orders delivered within Pakistan.

Important

The Era cannot take responsibility for any damage or loss during return transit. Please return items in their original packaging through a trusted courier service.

Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, nose pins, and other personal-use accessories are not eligible for exchange unless the item has a manufacturing defect.

• As many of our pieces are handmade, slight variations may occur. A complimentary care kit and care instructions are included with every handmade order to help maintain your jewelry.

• Please contact our customer support team before returning any item. Once approved and received, refunds will be processed.
