Terms of Service
- We accept Cash on Delivery and selected advance payment methods where applicable.
- Orders can be placed through our website or confirmed via our official Instagram, WhatsApp, or Customer Support channels.
- Made-to-order / pre-order items require advance payment and may take approximately 2–3 weeks to be prepared.
- Customized international deliveries may take approximately 2–4 weeks. Tracking details will be shared once the order has been dispatched.
- In case of damage, manufacturing defects, or incorrect items, customers must contact The Era immediately and provide a clear unboxing video and proof through our support channels. Approved claims may qualify for exchange.
- Exchange requests due to size, design, or personal preference will require customers to cover applicable shipping charges.
- Orders may only be cancelled or modified within 3 hours of placement.
- Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Orders with incomplete details may be delayed or cancelled.
- All sales are final. We follow a strict no-refund and no-return policy except where covered under our exchange policy. Sale and promotional items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- Any applicable custom duties or taxes for international orders will be the customer's responsibility.
